The Academy has been in the new location (1491 McPhee, unit 3) for one and half months and things are rolling along great! Awesome atmosphere, work ethic and lots of new faces, looking to achieve new goals and GAINZ!

For the spring, there is one small change to the schedule… Sunday’s class is now from 12:30-2. It’ll give everyone time to get training in and enjoy the spring sun!
